1. General Policy
We take pride in producing original, high-quality designs. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may submit a refund request. All requests will be evaluated in accordance with the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
ACD LOGO may issue refunds for eligible logo design and branding services under specific circumstances. Each refund request is reviewed individually, and approval is granted solely at the discretion of our management team.
3. Money-Back Guarantee
Eligible logo design projects are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with the services provided within 30 days of your purchase, you may submit a refund request for evaluation.
4. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will generally be processed within 30 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method whenever possible or issued through another mutually agreed payment option.
5. Payment Method
Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser and, whenever possible, will be returned using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
6. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable once work has started or has been delivered:
- Custom logo concepts that have already been designed.
- Completed branding and brand identity packages.
- Additional revisions purchased beyond the selected package.
- Rush or priority delivery services.
- Custom illustrations, mascot logos, or exclusive artwork created specifically for the Client.
- Third-party licensed resources, including stock images, fonts, or graphic assets purchased on the Client’s behalf.
- Any final design approved and accepted by the Client.
7. Design Ownership
Ownership of the final approved logo and related design files is transferred to the Client only after full payment has been received.
All preliminary concepts, rejected logo designs, draft versions, creative processes, working files, and unused artwork remain the exclusive intellectual property of ACD LOGO, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a refund is approved, the Client agrees not to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or claim ownership of any designs, concepts, or creative materials produced by ACD LOGO during the refunded Project.
